As you celebrate the life of Jesus Christ this Christmas, keep in mind these wise words from members of The First Presidency of the Church.
Henry B. Eyring taught, “One of the most beautiful symbols of the birth of Jesus Christ into this world is light. The appearance of the long-promised Messiah brought light to a darkened world.”
Dieter F. Uchtdorf urged, “Let this be a time of remembrance, of gratitude, and a time of forgiveness. Let it be a time to ponder the Atonement of Jesus Christ and its meaning for each of us personally.”
Thomas S. Monson put it powerfully when he said, “With the pure love of Christ, let us walk in His footsteps as we approach the season celebrating His birth. As we do so, let us remember that He still lives and continues to be the Light of the World.”
