Gordon B. Hinckley stated, “Faith is like the muscle of my arm. If I use it, if I nurture it, it will grow strong. If I put it in a sling and leave it there, it will grow weak.”
So if faith is a principle of action, how we can act upon it? What are we doing in our lives to exercise it?
Antonina Żabiński, a woman who saved hundreds of Jews by hiding them in Warsaw, Poland, in the midst of World War II. She and her husband gave them refuge at the risk of their own lives.
“As I thought about her story, I thought about how much faith this woman must have had—faith to know that everything would be okay; faith to know that there was a better life out there; faith to know that she was strong enough to help those who could not help themselves,” says Mormon Channel Daily host, Nicole.
In big ways and small ways, we can strengthen our faith in God simply by remembering Him and living a little more like He would.
