What is the difference between confidence and ego? Confidence includes having faith in your ability to grow, succeed, and help others do the same. Ego can be defined, in part, as self-interest.

In today’s episode, we discuss the fine line that separates these two states of mind. Our host also offers tips on cultivating confidence.

The Young Men and Young Women general presidencies reminded the youth, "The world tells you that to be confident you have to be better than others in some way—that you need to have more things, more talent, more intelligence, more popularity. This simply is not true. That is counterfeit confidence.”
