Mormon Identities is a program about real Latter-day Saints as they live the restored gospel of Jesus Christ in the world today. We explore how the gospel shapes our identities in episodes dealing with our communitites, culture, scriptures, doctrines, life experiences, and challenges.
Eric Huntsman interviews Mary Jane Woodger and Susan Easton Black about women from Church history, as well as from today, who exemplify faith and devotion. Mary Jane and Susan have spent a lot of time researching faithful LDS women. In this episode they share the stories of some of their favoritessome well known, others not. They talk about women ranging from fashion designers and Olympians to pioneer women and wives of prophets. You'll hear stories of women who kept their faith, even in the midst of hardship or worldly temptation.
